Our Staff Team
Our staff team have a wealth of experience and qualifications. They are incredibly friendly and caring, which helps to form strong partnerships with children and their extended families. Above all they are enthusiastic, dedicated and work together as team, committed to helping the children to progress and flourish.
Each staff member has a key group of children. We also 'buddy up' to ensure that the children know that there is always someone looking out for them when their key person is not attending. We have a shared care approach to our keyworker system to ensure that all staff are responsible for children's happiness, wellbeing and safety. This also means that we all know the children in our care.
